While it's true that managers should prioritize their employees' well-being and not expect them to be available 24/7, it's also important for employees to communicate their boundaries and needs to their managers. If you didn't feel comfortable expressing your concerns to your manager, you could have reached out to HR or another higher-up in the organization. As for the behavior of the managers, it's never acceptable for anyone to speak disrespectfully or unprofessionally to their colleagues. However, it's important to remember that everyone has their own management style and personality, and what works for one person may not work for another. If you felt uncomfortable with your manager's behavior, you could have raised the issue with HR or a higher-up in the organization. Regarding the manipulation of C-level executives, it's important to remember that relationships are an important aspect of any business. While it's possible that some managers may have personal relationships with higher-ups, it's unlikely that these relationships would completely override an employee's qualifications or talent. In summary, while it's unfortunate that you had a negative experience at this organization, it's important to remember that there are always multiple perspectives to any situation. Regarding the points you raised about our Background Verification (BGV) process and job security, we want to clarify our approach to ensure transparency and integrity in our hiring practices. We have a robust BGV system in place to verify the credentials and work experience of all candidates before they join our company. This is to maintain a high standard of ethics and authenticity within our workforce. If, during the BGV process, we discover any candidate who has provided false or misleading information regarding their work experience, it results in immediate termination. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards such practices, as it undermines the trust we place in our employees. In cases where a candidate's performance is satisfactory, and the management approves, we do review the situation if they are found to have misrepresented their experience to negotiate a higher package. In such instances, we strive to find a fair resolution by either adjusting the package accordingly or, if necessary, parting ways amicably. Our priority is to maintain an environment of integrity and transparency for all our employees. We value the trust and dedication of our team members, and we are continuously working to improve our processes to ensure a positive and secure work experience for everyone. Poor Management: We strive to maintain a strong and effective management system that fosters communication, transparency, and growth. Our AHM (All Hands Meeting) held monthly provides a platform for open discussions on ongoing projects, and higher management actively addresses any issues raised during these meetings. We are committed to continuously improving our management practices to ensure a positive work environment. Insufficient Projects: As a company with 300+ customers, we have successfully delivered over 1000 projects to date. Currently, our teams are actively engaged in several projects, utilizing a diverse range of models, including nearshore, onshore, offshore, and blended approaches. Our dedication to delivering quality solutions remains unwavering. Skill Development Program: Our Learning and Development (L&D) department plays a pivotal role in nurturing our employees' skills and growth. We conduct regular corporate training sessions, provide certification opportunities, and offer training programs to 20-30% of our employees every quarter. Skill development is a core focus for us, and we continuously seek to enhance the capabilities of our team. However, we understand that market conditions can change, and customer preferences may evolve accordingly. In response to the current market demands, some clients may prioritize experienced resources to ensure faster project delivery. We are actively addressing this concern and working towards providing an optimal balance of expertise and opportunities for all our employees.
