However, we would like to address the points you raised and provide some context: Compensation: While you mentioned that our compensation was average, we strive to ensure that our employees are fairly compensated for their skills and contributions. Our salary packages are designed to align with industry standards and are regularly reviewed to remain competitive. We understand that individual expectations may vary, and we encourage open communication with our HR department to address any concerns regarding compensation. Communication: We apologize if you experienced a lack of effective communication during your time with us. We take pride in maintaining an excellent communication system within our company. We have regular company-wide meetings, such as the All Hands Meeting (AHM), where updates on important company happenings are shared with all employees. Additionally, we provide various channels for employees to express their concerns or ask questions, including direct communication with managers, HR representatives, or through our internal communication platforms. We are continuously working to improve our communication channels to ensure that information flows efficiently and transparently throughout the organization. Management: We regret that you found our management to be very bad. We strive to maintain a supportive and professional work environment, where managers are trained to provide guidance and support to their teams. Your specific concerns are important to us, and we would appreciate it if you could provide us with more details or examples of the issues you encountered. This will help us address any shortcomings and implement necessary improvements. Job Security: We understand that job security is a significant concern for employees. However, it is important to note that our company has a rigorous interview and assessment process in place to ensure that we hire the best-fit candidates who possess the necessary skills for the job. We understand that the current market situation has been challenging for everyone, and we are doing our best to support our employees during these uncertain times. In the event that something does go wrong, we are committed to ensuring that our employees are fairly compensated for their hard work. With that said, we do face certain limitations when it comes to sustaining employees who have been on the bench for an extended period of time without participating in any activities or successfully cracking interviews after months of training. While we would love to provide employment opportunities for all of our candidates, our ability to sustain employees who are not actively contributing to our business can be difficult in such a competitive market. Thanks for the feedback. We are making efforts to improve employee well-being. We want our employees to have a long and fruitful career at KPI and we are disappointed to hear about your experiences. We release salary to employees on the last day of the month or max by the 2nd day of next month and this is the very first time in the history appraisal got delayed by months like other big companies due to some uncertain circumstances. We value our employees and will continue our efforts to make KPI a better place to work. We believe in promoting an open culture at KPI and encourage you to discuss your expectations with your Manager/HR and we will try our best to meet them. We always work on initiatives based on employee feedback and have been providing the best-in-class industry perks and facilities. We are reintroducing many employee engagement activities. We recently conducted a few events like a corporate family outing, a stand-up comedy show, monthly and quarterly rewards and recognition awards, and a music festival. At monthly AHM we celebrate birthday celebrations and much more. At KPI we believe in doing everything that makes it well worth the time, effort, and dedication of its employees. If you have issues with the project/manager you can voice out, we hope you might have seen folks doing that and got better results.
