We have regular company-wide meetings, such as the All Hands Meeting (AHM), where updates on important company happenings are shared with all employees. Additionally, we provide various channels for employees to express their concerns or ask questions, including direct communication with managers, HR representatives, or through our internal communication platforms. We are continuously working to improve our communication channels to ensure that information flows efficiently and transparently throughout the organization. Management: We regret that you found our management to be very bad. We strive to maintain a supportive and professional work environment, where managers are trained to provide guidance and support to their teams. Your specific concerns are important to us, and we would appreciate it if you could provide us with more details or examples of the issues you encountered. This will help us address any shortcomings and implement necessary improvements. Job Security: We understand that job security is a significant concern for employees.
