They pretend to have many projects, but they don't. They rarely give client interview opportunities, and if something goes wrong in that interview, they ask you to take hacker rank tests on SQL and Python. If you fail, they fire you with just one month's pay and no notice. Survival at this company depends on luck. There are some very skilled people working there. Poor Management: We strive to maintain a strong and effective management system that fosters communication, transparency, and growth. Our AHM (All Hands Meeting) held monthly provides a platform for open discussions on ongoing projects, and higher management actively addresses any issues raised during these meetings. We are committed to continuously improving our management practices to ensure a positive work environment.
Insufficient Projects: As a company with 300+ customers, we have successfully delivered over 1000 projects to date. Currently, our teams are actively engaged in several projects, utilizing a diverse range of models, including nearshore, onshore, offshore, and blended approaches. Our dedication to delivering quality solutions remains unwavering.
Skill Development Program: Our Learning and Development (L&D) department plays a pivotal role in nurturing our employees' skills and growth. We conduct regular corporate training sessions, provide certification opportunities, and offer training programs to 20-30% of our employees every quarter. Skill development is a core focus for us, and we continuously seek to enhance the capabilities of our team.
However, we understand that market conditions can change, and customer preferences may evolve accordingly. In response to the current market demands, some clients may prioritize experienced resources to ensure faster project delivery. We are actively addressing this concern and working towards providing an optimal balance of expertise and opportunities for all our employees.

Firstly, we would like to emphasize that we offer one of the best packages in the industry to our employees. We understand the importance of providing competitive compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent. We continuously strive to ensure that our employees are fairly rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
Regarding the work-from-home policy, we would like to clarify that remote work was made available to all employees since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. While we have transitioned back to working from the office for some positions, remote work is still an option for our employees who meet the necessary criteria. We believe in providing flexibility wherever possible to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Communication is crucial within any organization, and we have a well-defined hierarchy in place to address this. Our communication channels include leads, managers, and directors who act as points of contact for employees. Additionally, our Human Resources (HR) department is always available to provide assistance and support when needed. We encourage our employees to utilize our feedback box and monthly AHM meeting to raise any concerns they may have. We value open dialogue and strive to maintain transparency throughout the organization.
We understand the importance of job security and accountability. While we make every effort to provide a stable and secure work environment, it's important to note that in exceptional cases, decisions may be made to part ways with underperforming employees. However, these decisions are not taken lightly and are based on a thorough assessment, which includes multiple chances for improvement, corporate training programs, and a dedicated Learning and Development (L&D) initiative. Our aim is to support employees in their professional growth and success.
