Company policies are very clear for business, we receive rewards 100% against 50% achievements which is helps us in keep us motivating things.

Dislikes

Sales could be great if reaction time is with in 24 hours. though we get the solution but time taking process is 3-4 days in which some times we loss our orders.

Generally my work is related to government approvals and institution sales with builder lobby where I pitch products and take approvals of the same.

Company paid 50% salary during Covid-19 lockdown.

Dislikes

Company work culture is not ethical and management skills poor. Salary Date not fixed. Travel Expenses not sure. Product quality worst. Communication every time fake. Dispatching material after receiving payment is very delay. Every problem has no time to solve. After happing any problem, seniors has no any update although they did not receive calls of employees and also super stockiest. PF contribution also not seen in portal....Read More
