I have worked 2years above...it is a good experience for me with kotak Mahindra Bank. They treat like a family member, the management, the culture everything is good and excellent. it is a good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
