Only the job security which I like but the work life balance and the work culture is becoming worst post the change in the management.

Dislikes

Lots of work pressure and the managers keep on shouting in the lobby area and management keep on pressurising for sales everyday morning afternoon evening we are engaged in concall with the seniors which impacts our personal life too .

Kotak Mahindra Bank is such wonderful Bank to work. Bank having very good peocess and system.

Dislikes

Just because of few people culture of bank is getting affected .they pull down employees while working and so many people act like they are running bank business like proprietary firm. Need to be appreciated the true hard working employee with salary increments as well.

Worst Company ever I worked ! Company culture is Worst They will Force to Use your own money, if your Target is not Achieved people are there using their own money month and Month, I have seen these Shit things .

So many dis likes which I experienced own they don't have common sense and they see only business don't care about employees and PPL families and superiors just use bad language as they wish nobody cares lot of disrespect to employees no value at all some branches no co ordination between Operations and Sales team Big Gap and lack of knowledge in higher grade Skills and Talents no use in this Bank just need only business tht too Insurance policies and nothing else they don't treat customer properly and service on time not there So many small things is to improve lots of hectic circumstances in Bank to work what I seen within 1 month nearly of 10 to 30+employees resign or abscond after salary They don't have current timing...Read More

Company giving so much time to know the product and process to build your skills. And one thing i was added kotak escalation team was there level 1 level 2 level 3 for alteat cm issues resolved till there.

Kotak upper management is worst. They are so much giving pressure . if it's not their work also. Making new new rules each and every day.

No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff

All thing are good but the appraisal and regarding confirmation of the employee .they only give reason make more productivity. To get promotion rather you are good well in business and Productivity. And audit and compalince is much more important than employee. There are not job security in any way .

Work life balance. My manager said this and I quote "Workday is not over at 6.30 PM, it's over after you finish the work, be it 12 at night". The shitiest culture treating employees like scumbags who should only work without looking at the clock. Forcing to do work which I have never done in my career span. Policies change if you are manager favourite. Work from home is not allowed but if you are a** licker then it is allowed. Zero understanding of technology. Working like insurance company employees will work only on life insurance there is so much class work in CRM NXT NBFC bank are paying same salaries it's only single product but we are doing multiple products heavy pressure

Dislikes

No feedback is taken from frontline staff before framing the products/ processes, more of meetings, upper management has no interaction with frontline staff to motivate and clearly communicate companies vision and mission. Pay parity is missing within teams
