Nothing. We have immense pressure from mangement, long con calls. We spent our half day on con calls rest half day to explain why our productivity is low... Moreover in the morning we received one direction and in the evening another.

Dislikes

They just hire people without any scrutiny just to fulfill the seats.

Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers

Sales people are made to forcefully leave the office by 10 am morning after the meeting to the field. They are made to visit every shop and houses/ apartments in every streets to open Current Account & Savings Account. Made to torture customers continuously calling them for credit card & mutual fund & life insurance. Pathetic work life balance. If you are not opening any savings / current account or not doing any other product, you will be made to sit in the office till 10 pm. And we have to come to office next day again before the morning hurdle which starts at 8:30 am - 9:00 am. Join here at your own risk. Because your life will be hell after you join Kotak Mahindra Bank. Nothing to like about this place. They will give you impossible targets and ask for business everyday. Even they abuse you as well. It's better to switch to other bank.

Here in kotak mahindra bank ghaziabad, branch head is puspender and CH is amit Shrivastava. Both of them are biased towards female workers. They are enjoying their life they do nothing and in the evening ask for business. They do nothing to support the co workers.
