Lots of work pressure and the managers keep on shouting in the lobby area and management keep on pressurising for sales everyday morning afternoon evening we are engaged in concall with the seniors which impacts our personal life too .

So many dis likes which I experienced own they don't have common sense and they see only business don't care about employees and PPL families and superiors just use bad language as they wish nobody cares lot of disrespect to employees no value at all some branches no co ordination between Operations and Sales team Big Gap and lack of knowledge in higher grade Skills and Talents no use in this Bank just need only business tht too Insurance policies and nothing else they don't treat customer properly and service on time not there So many small things is to improve lots of hectic circumstances in Bank to work what I seen within 1 month nearly of 10 to 30+employees resign or abscond after salary They don't have current timing...Read More

They give you training for 6 months. But the older staff who did not go through the training have no idea on how to proceed with the process
