Not like kotak mahindra bank branch culture I am working last four year same branch but present time very worst experience in last 8 month no team work in this branch manager behavior just like a janvar and branch operation mager lady dufer no action no ream work magement

I am working last four year in kitak mahedra bank my brother and mother rip my magement knows all situation in my family I am tring transfer in my home town but no response from hr side and no support for branch manager and operations manager there than dis like this bank culture I am resign

Kotak bank Mobile app and net banking is very good i am working in operations department and most of the ruequest and serivice customer needs i guide them very easily through net banking and mobile banking .There is not very much pressure for sales in service department like other banks which is a good thing but that also depends on area and regional manager.

Bank is hiring only sales staff and there is shortage of service staff in branches due to which work load pressure on service staff is very high .salary as compared to other banks is very low. There is high chance if you do sales with service you get promoted easily but salary change will be very minimal.The target for SOP or KRA for service team is very tough and unachievable it should be individual target not entire team target....Read More

In this pendemic situtation bank help us a lot about financially and mentally. Working environment in this situation is well good. When most of the companies deduct salaries of their employees, we got covid travel expenses. Everone is free to take leave and work from home if he/she is not able to join branch or having convence problem.

I only dislike one thing that growth is much touch in this company. In my case, my supervisor assure me since starting of last financial year that my grade can be change and my salary will get revised but it is still not changed and this is the worst part which i have faced in this company.

When i joined kotak i am handling cash but after 10-11 months i moved to trade desk and from then i was looking trade transactions over here. My overall experience is 3 years in this company.
