Freedom of thought and speech to work as per our own ideas to achieve the target under pressure.

Dislikes

No clear councelling is being done by management and growth verticals of an individual employee are not clearly explain by HR or any senior management.This needs to bit of surprises every financial end where individuals position/location is change for interest of the seniors and without clear discussion with individual.
