Ambiguity in JOB offer.

I recently changed my Job as Business Manager with Arka Fincap, but some how I also selected as BM(Branch manager) with HDB financial and Varthana finance. I am very confused, to what I will do. I don't think it's safe working in Covid 19 with this organisation, as even after BM is positive it's been manipulated with covid team , informations hide, only three staff covid test has been done where is other persons life is on stake, junior staff is silent as they want their job to be continued in this time, for God sake save people in this time.
