I guess it was the only bank who permitted their employees for WFH for the entire 6-7 Months. Incase of any Covid cases in any of the branch or offices they immediately took actions.

Dislikes

HR is very much irresponsive, they are in human resources but they never revert on time, never think about welfare of their employees. They are too lazy and without escalating the issue never revert.

Work Details

It was a fantastic journey with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Have seen lot of changes in a very short span of time. Altogether it was fantastic journey.
