I like the rules and regulations of Kotak Mahindra Bank and its policies. Kotak Mahindra Bank is a very good bank but I believe that the employees should be given space to work here. Newly joined employees have to face many problems.

I believe that although the entire bank is very good, but the newly joined employees should be made to work with humility and by giving them space. It has been 3 months since I joined Kotak Mahindra Bank and in these 3 months I have seen 7 resignations, some left in 12 days and some left in 2-3 months only. Petty politics, biases towards certain employees, pathetic work culture and work life, no opportunities to advance regardless of how hard you work, negligent HR are just some. I would suggest to avoid at least in the tier 3 cities.

It's a terrible.place to work...no respect for people...they will abuse you verbally im front of managers and managers will just say..that happens everyday every where..don't worry about it... No work life balance...no respect for people...just have the work done and leave....nothing to learn...managers never engaging in learning the process...but will come on to you if even there is a slight delay from RM's. There is nothing I like actually, extremely terrible and abusive place to work ...HR also don't help much as they already are aware about the culture they establish... When I tried to involve senior management and Uday Kotak into the matter of being abusive culture...no responses from there....you can't expect anything from them frankly

TLs and Tms will tell officers to stay logged in for more 2 hours post shift. And if anyone don't do then they will marked as LOP. They tell inbound officers to do Sales.

Almost every aspect of the job that includes culture, managers, management, decisions, promotions, salary, all other perks, work life balance is NIL, kissing of Manger's hand may allow you to grow mostly, a company with worst management who doesn't even care for employees and men who are working hard. Please do not join if you have some other better options in hand

I am joined kotak bank 5 th August 2024 as Corporate salary as RM then my training done september and I am done business also as well good LI 2 lac ,4 trinity account and all but then suddenly receive mail structure changes so you transfer to branch banking that mail received December then no one contact I am going to mapp branch but then after also recieve one mail saying that another branch sitting transfer but that mail branch address and BM name worng mentioned I am facing issue for attending branch and reporting then after very struggling I am mark attendence from home due to no one taking responsibility about me even area manager Santosh Valse is also very rude manner and hr Mamta ahuja is she don't know at all anything ..in my life joining kotak is wrost decision of my life .I giving feedback to no one join KMBL...Read More

They ask you to work on saturdays even it's 2nd and fourth Saturday, Business heads will not bare any pressure they directly show on you what ever they get, there will be no business strategy or planning, digitally account creations are slow, customer service issues are more that follows long procedure, no coordination with other departments, LI pressure will be very high, slow growth structure and learning modules will not help you to build skills, HR plays a weeker role in Kotak, they take anonymous feedbacks and they will inform who has given, management changes will be very frequent, Target structure (SOP) will be keep changing every two months even they will get confused and how to give incentive, attrition rate will be high, people come to kotak just for salary change and and they will survive hardly for one year and they tend to move earlier but they don't want to spoil resume so they will somehow survive there, they don't value your contribution to the bank....Read More
