Unwanted pressure without any logic.. his mostly client is average investor…you can’t expect business like HDFC OR OTHERS AND you can’t compromise with Hdfc and ICICI, this is conservative bank, incentive level is very poor even rewards and recognition is very pathetic.. even pressurised to work on Saturday and Sunday..
