Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers

Ascend program and Kotak uber service for women but that too have been reduced to 5 times uber drop service in a month

There is no work life balance working till late , too much pressure , partiality, bad infrastructure, politics , hard core sales pressure

No much applications at branches but very lengthy processes which save the risk on the jobs of employees but the processes take longer time to operate

Salary levels are below par the competition, top management reluctant to retain the performers. Infr & technology are poor which need to be upgraded but reluctant to invest. Looks like more or less an NBFC while driving business

Sales people are made to forcefully leave the office by 10 am morning after the meeting to the field. They are made to visit every shop and houses/ apartments in every streets to open Current Account & Savings Account. Made to torture customers continuously calling them for credit card & mutual fund & life insurance. Pathetic work life balance. If you are not opening any savings / current account or not doing any other product, you will be made to sit in the office till 10 pm. And we have to come to office next day again before the morning hurdle which starts at 8:30 am - 9:00 am. Join here at your own risk. Because your life will be hell after you join Kotak Mahindra Bank. You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.
