Life became hell. zero work life balance ,they will offer you good designation like manager or deputy manager at start and good compensation as well, but all lies are hides under this. No support from upper management , Zero understanding in other department, Too much of politics which will eventually drag you down, If you want to work other will drag you down. Senior manager are vey rude , Double faced people. As an MBA graduate I request other fellow candidate never opt for this role. No learning , Only waste of time....Read More
