Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor. Nothing. We have immense pressure from mangement, long con calls. We spent our half day on con calls rest half day to explain why our productivity is low... Moreover in the morning we received one direction and in the evening another.

They just hire people without any scrutiny just to fulfill the seats.

I like the rules and regulations of Kotak Mahindra Bank and its policies. Kotak Mahindra Bank is a very good bank but I believe that the employees should be given space to work here. Newly joined employees have to face many problems.

I believe that although the entire bank is very good, but the newly joined employees should be made to work with humility and by giving them space. It has been 3 months since I joined Kotak Mahindra Bank and in these 3 months I have seen 7 resignations, some left in 12 days and some left in 2-3 months only. I believe that the newly joined employees should be treated with humility and they should be given time to understand the policies and working methods of Kotak Mahindra Bank....Read More

They ask you to work on saturdays even it's 2nd and fourth Saturday, Business heads will not bare any pressure they directly show on you what ever they get, there will be no business strategy or planning, digitally account creations are slow, customer service issues are more that follows long procedure, no coordination with other departments, LI pressure will be very high, slow growth structure and learning modules will not help you to build skills, HR plays a weeker role in Kotak, they take anonymous feedbacks and they will inform who has given, management changes will be very frequent, Target structure (SOP) will be keep changing every two months even they will get confused and how to give incentive, attrition rate will be high, people come to kotak just for salary change and and they will survive hardly for one year and they tend to move earlier but they don't want to spoil resume so they will somehow survive there, they don't value your contribution to the bank....Read More

Managers who are not following the company policy. Too much process in account opening and POS. Customer funds are getting hold in the individual current accounts for like 12 months or 13 months. Ridiculous. Worst service provider to the customers. The bank is giving priority to sales only. Not for service.

In their forex team, Manager kamia sharma🤢🤮 do partiality and only stand for her one pet junior staff. She do partiality which demotivates other remaining staff. Her manager also support her and complaints against here are not addressed by the seniors.

There some feeling uncertainty in kotak after launch Gati because this is destroying the stable teams and non performers are getting more time & options in other department for spending the time.

Earlier Kotak's policy used to be good, if you worked hard on the Relemanager's profile, you would be rewarded, but since the last one year, when the management has changed, the relationship manager employees are just used and nothing is given to them.

Dislikes

They will make you work till the first quarter, when the time comes to give incentives, these people change the incentive structure policy and you get nothing. The worst thing about this bank is that they call you even on holidays. I would suggest this bank is not good work for RM profiles.
