No job security, no training for growth, cruel HR Mgmt activity ike disabling IJPs for skilled employees. Only people who have entrepreneurship quality are desirable in the organisation. Department chiefs / HR to achieve their goals sack the employment of poor and needy staff

Pathetic. My mother was paralyzed, not much leaves, being Single could not attend on her bed. She expired like orphan, no support from office. Finally during Carona was not allowed to WFO, finally my job was sacked by HR. They Need to hire 15 people in
