I feel terrible n suffocated to work here . No support n system is ridiculous. Branch manager is working like glorified rm over here . So many zoom call n terrible pressure from seniors to attend it .

Dislikes

Zoom calls n concall . Senior thinks that they may create over pressure on ground people n they will delivered.every day they ask for life insurance n general insurance . No asking on other products. Humiliation done by seniors for not delivering the desired targets infront of every one . Pathetic environment. M very sad to work here

Monopoly of the respective seniors...Area Manager and RBM...they old in the system and new people will not grow with this organisation due to this .Pathetic for female staffs.No support by the seniors only feedbacks works for them with no reasons.No salary correction nothing...not a good organisation to work
