They are providing lots of benefits to the employees. For eg during lockdown they provide Rs500 for lockdown travel allowances. And from December onwards they are remunerating us with Rs 1000/month in employee ctc.

Dislikes

Nothing much but work life balance is an issue. Usually I open the branch at 9:15am after travel of 1 hour and close in between 8:15 to 9 PM. Then have to go home with a journey of 1 hour. Means I get into my home at 10PM. Only this is issue.
