It is good company and learnt lot of things....kotak process is soo good and also I got good support from HR and area manager...they preferred for good hardworker.... I missed good opportunity to learn in kotak due to health issues ....if any opportunities get means definitely I ll join again in kotak...coz I can grow again bcs of that kotak process...

In my department TL is so selfish and nonsense for that we 15 employees resigned because they play politics with our senior product manager. In kotak specially kyc team TL is always support their religion and others are like Mr. India . And when appraisal happens they are appraised their '' chatu employees" and others are like vanish for him.
