Superb work place. But some BOM are not aware of the kotak system but they don't agree with that. That's why some branches are suffering from lots of things.

I initially worked with ING Vysya and then back in 2014 witnessed the historic moment of being acquired by Kotak Mahindra Bank. The transition was way smoother than what was expected. I was into the employee banking team and I have grown in terms of role promotion, the culture of d bank is very competitive.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
