Client will give unpredictable pressure in less salary. No satisfaction in job. They want more work in less salary. Working tool is also getting worst day by day. If u have store some leave in your bucket then forget about that. Management will not approve any leave. Suppose u need 4-5 leave. They will give u 2-3 leave even u have already stored leave in your bucket. Worst management, Hr is also reply back to ur query. According to Hr Norms u can not force employees to do OT. No worry they will force u to OT. Or else they will not give any leave or week off as per your preference. client only think about their business and customer. But they don't for a single time for the employees....Read More

Worst management Not getting leaves if u have leave in your bucket. Unpredictable pressure. No work life balance. Less salary for more work. If u r in junior level, no body will hear u. They and client will teach u like a slave.

Very poor management, poor means very poor, worthless. Senior always talks in a rude tone, client management is also very poor. They just need business and money, they don't even care for their employees who working there to make their business more profitable. They just need head count. If someone dies in your family, they want to work on that also coz they need just head count. Client were used to so much peer pressure😖 in low salary. I think that they need to priority his experience agent not a fresher because i am working with the company for last 10 month and after the ram down of the process they move agent some other process , we are selected for the process but after that they asked batch is full because previously we have already assign a fresher
