No likes. Toxic management spineless non existent HR will be charged for cab chicken neck leaders. This company is going to collapse very soon. High attrition rate nor good compensation they will you work in a captive but culture is worse than a BPO.

Clear discrimination between North Indians and South Indians. If you are a North Indian and literally nailed the hiring process, you will still be rejected. In case you are selected then they will start to torture you as soon as you could be replaced. You will observe less than 5% People from North India in this Organization. It'sa product based Organization but works like a Service based Organization. You will be asked to do something extra even if you are doing your job. Else you can expect 0% hike.
