Frustrating experience with an egoistic and immature manager. Leadership lacks genuine care for people, full of talk with no real results. They preach PBM but don’t practice it, and there's a lot of attitude. HR is like a ghost, never seen on the floor or addressing people. Employees can be fired by supervisors without any HR involvement.

Got an offer from KOCH. You have two options 1. Ditch the offer and look for alternate offers in the market. 2. Slap urself and read the first option. Message to Leadership - Your silence and resilience to forced terminations either says ur with it or you dont care.. Either ways, you never know when tables turn.

1. While the market talks about AI in recruiting and using platforms like Github, Stakoverflow etc. The leader of the recruiting org uses hard copies of presentation to understand basic concepts. If the leadership is far from technology how do you expect the recruiting team to transform the working style. Often uses phone camera to scan payment barcodes and payment scanners to click photos. 2. Extremely political, bureaucratic environment where the TA leader hates listening "NO" as an answer and if you think differently, well your days will be numbered. 3. The leader practices the old age pre independence era concept of "Divide and rule". Has created disparity within the team, where every one fears that their colleagues are against them which makes his job safe. 4. No understanding of ground work, no respect to time of juniors, and work with an attitude that is harming koch but the local leadership is least bothered, as they are happy with a "YES BOSS" guy to support their irrational needs. 5. Huge attrition is technology business, the tech leader also moved out due to such political environment. The ones who stay are desperately looking out for jobs. 6. Their understanding of growth means downsizing of resources. Hundreds of involuntary and forced terminations occurred in last one year but they dont bother. 7. Idea of having an HR leader in org is to ensure there is balance in decision making. To the contrary the centre and Hr leader always agree with each other making all decisions extremely top down. Though the mbm vouches for bottom up approach. 8. Heard of the infamous saying "I dont make right decisions, i take decisions and then make them right" this is rightly attributed to kbs .. Weaponising PBM . Using PBM they will kicked you out from the org . HR will never ask you a single time what happened there with employee. Very worst mindset . There is No value of hardworking people . Do Showoff and enjoy Koch life OR be close of some leaders who is in extreme power 😆 You will not going to get any direction to do the task and everything will be left to you . No plan nothing. Extremely political environment. Unpleasant and unethical place for an HR professional. No support from global leadership. HR has no role to play. Team is constantly changing and many exits have happened due to poor culture. Office timings are very difficult from 12 P.M to 10 P.M. HR is constantly put under the bus and an easy target to throw out. Bottomline is job security is extremely low and this is not a place to build career. KOCH Principles are only meant to be in the CEO written book, sometime to appreciate or recognise any employees contribution Principles are visited. No job security, no transparency and big time office politics which actually pulls down talents

Mangers are way too micro managing rather than being empathetic and motivators towards engineers. A normal conversation can be turned against you to get you out of the company when needed. A very simple MBM term used to do so "not culturally fit"
