They give you a mbm book ,that non of the management follow, it's only for employees. After 1 or 2 sessions of mbm, it get boring and the management is hell bent on blocking your calendar for training sessions and wasting valuable work time.the top management is now begging managers to call up ex employees to see if they are still interested to rejoin..many employees have asked why did these ex employees leave.for that the management dont have any answers.
