No work life balance and too much work pressure. On top company doesn't provide yearly hike. They are running it like a local store where. I end up working 12 hours daily and 16-20 hours during month end finance closings.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
