Overall, Good experience to work with the company. It is nice place to Work and nice environment which can be easily adapted. Moreover, there's a lot to learn like how to work in a team and also working here enhances the communication skills. To conclude, I would say it's a good company and l will highly recommend this company to those who are job indeed.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
