Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Worst company. Don't join, your future will be lost if you join. They will ask for original certificates because they trust their own employees [why we need to trust them]. Also alternate Saturdays only you will get a week off. There is no work-life balance. Kattappa's life is better than working here.
