The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact thay im a part of a team that markets reliable and high quality products.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Some times, I habe to work 12-13 hours straight in a day but over time is not paid. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also ther is no on job trainer for freshers, hence have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

My professional is a spa therapist but i have to do laundry work, fnb and etc...

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
