The company is having senior pros who can be of immense help to any newcomer. Colleagues are also quite cooperative.

Dislikes

Extremely unprofessional management, like typical 'babu culture' looms large, as we have mostly heard about in this part of the country, i.e., Kolkata. No appraisal takes place, so career growth is not directly correlated with the performance. Also, scope of work is completely undefined, so management can hold you accountable for anything they want to, which is very embarrassing.

Work Details

Basically related to compliance of the company along with the companies of the same group, but as time progressed I was imposed upon with some assignments which were nowhere related with my profile.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
