Excessive Organizational politics. Underqualified people are put on Key positions who dont know anything except politics. The head HR is planting relatives from his village & PM is also doing the same as a result total hotchpotch-like situation is there. At least 10 people daily will call from HO and everyone will demand the same report repeatedly. If you have subordinates working under you who are Head HR's relatives then the whole work of the department is to be done by you, they will not do any work, and if you complain about it then you will be Targeted Salary happens to credited on 24th of every month (Terrible). The company Head HR wont verify all your PF documents they will only verify Adhar Card as a result your PF will also may get jammed as mine!! Very terrible company in my career of 9+ years The company will cut 1800 from your salary for fooding and you will get third class quality of food in the canteen....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
