The company is complete disaster. Not only do they fail to pay their employees on time but are also drowning in financial mismanagement. The toxic work environment is fueled by rampant internal politiocs that would make even the most cutthroat politicians blush. The female bosses especially Kanika, Stuti, and Divya, are notorious for their backstabbing and petty behavior, constantly sabotaging each other and dragging down anyone who gets in their way. They lack basic professionalism, don't have a clue about their responsibilities, yet someone holds positions like DGM despite being woefully inexperienced. The entire management structure is corrupt, with promotions being handed out based on favoritism rather than merit.
