I worked as a Team Leader in Karvy for 2 years. Initially the company management was very responsive to the concerned. As months passed the issues were hardly addressed but always expected the employees to perform upto the mark.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
