There is lot of politics in this company. And the main issue is sallery they just avoid to give it to you for like 3 or 4 months. Manegement did not hear your issue all they care about there favorite ones.

An organization full of opportunity to learn and understand diverse technology and industrial culture for the beginners , having mere industrial politics, fair workplace , good work-life balance , not harsh follow ups of the seniors

Though a good platform for the beginner, learning starts diminishing after 2 to 3 years as major decision/role play of managerial takes place from the parent company, so decision making capability hardly grows in this environment, moreover payment of salary/wages delayed a lot and have least priority over other aspects of the Organisation

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
