The management is good. I like the behaviour of floor manager( Sartaj sir), trainer(Hemant Raj sir) and team leaders(all). If you prove yourself then you will get salary increment and promotions as well time to time

Dislikes

1. I don't like the company's policies. You can't talk with other colleague even outside the company as well. 2. There is only entry time no outing time. Everyday they stretches the out time. Even some day they stretched 2 and 3 hours apart from the shifts. If you want to say something about stretching so you will get 2 days of salary deduction</mark>. Every month I got 2 day's salary deduction 3. The Quality Analysis ( Renu) she doesn't have any sense. I don't think she has 0.1 % of sales experience and and mind as well and she is QA there. I was working as a team Leader there and that stupid QA wanted unusually changes in the script and all that. 3. if you wants to learn chanakya niti then you must join Kanak Elite. 4. If you want to quit from kanak Elite then there is no resignation policy. You have to be simply forgot your 12 days salary And last month daily and monthly incentives. They don't provide you any experience and promotion latters. I worked 7 month with this organization. I started my work as an agent and I got promotion as well as a team Leader but I didn't get any documents from there side....Read More
