Not an healthy atmosphere to work. No scope for learning after post-graduation and graduation, training provided on theoretical basics with no practical exposure in software & hardware for up-skill and re-skill, management is not supportive in training program. No real time projects with experts in domain specific related to training . Inefficient and inappropriate use of employee manpower into projects after training. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No on-role employment after 1 year training, no proof for working (no pay-slips, certificates apart from 1 year training), third party employment scheme with conveniently changing organization policies for notice period after 1 year of successful training without any written statements/ signatures</mark>.
