Not an healthy atmosphere to work. No scope for learning after post-graduation and graduation, training provided on theoretical basics with no practical exposure in software & hardware for up-skill and re-skill, management is not supportive in training program. No real time projects with experts in domain specific related to training. Inefficient and inappropriate use of employee manpower into projects after training. No on-role employment after 1 year training, no proof for working (no pay-slips, certificates apart from 1 year training), third party employment scheme with conveniently changing organization policies for notice period after 1 year of successful training without any written statements/ signatures.
