No work-life balance, no hike, no promotion, no job security, no career growth. Employees are treated in worst manner, no proper support, its a failure product. Students are given powers than the campus representatives.

Changing Policies Quickly and managers don't listen and monday to saturday 9am-6:30pm sometimes 7pm. 9-10 hours . Still some expect you to work after 6:30pm

Entire sales team is running by 2-3 people and all are from Byjus,leading the same way apart from threatening on job dont even know what is constructive feedback is. No sales strategy nothing like that only cold calling on cold data.

Poor planning, deaf management, low work life balance, poor hikes, no job security, i saw 28 people got fired in span of 6 months, hire and fire culture, no hike chances, it's likely they will reduce ctc from upcoming year, for a post of mentor after a year salary were decreased after a year work.
