NOTHING, TSBDC (erstwhile known as kalimati global shared service) don't even think to join here, there is no work life balance and there is a monopoly of persons deputed from Tata steel (who used to be your manager designated as IL3 or IL4 ), you have to work after office hours even at week ends that too without any pay or comp off.
