The workplace is not good, there is zero job security, if something goes wrong at work, he talks badly about himself and the people at home. That's why I don't like anything.

Dislikes

The whole thing is terrible, the owner is not good, the management is not good, the job security, the culture, the facilities are not good. If someone's work is wrong, they fire them and don't even pay them. There are many such examples.
