i was to have 10-12 hours.i sometimes late into the night.

At Kaizen IT Services, i have enjoyed a collaborative environment, supportive leadership, and opportunities to growth. It's been rewarding to work with Kazen IT Services.

One thing that i want to mention which I dislike about Kaizen IT Services, i am facing a issue with the leave management system of Kaizen IT Services, Sometimes it is feel unclear or disorganized, which is frustrating while trying to plan time off. I believe to improving this system could contribute to a more positive work environment overall.

Hardworking staff with ambitious management team, good behavior, thy will always try to help you even if you know nothing about the job. (*This is my honest rating so do expect the review from my point of view regarding this company)

They would provide you with bare minimum salary just enough to be on the verge of bankruptcy any day, never heard of promotions from anyone. Work-life balance depends on project site, To be a fresher it's a good company but as some say “You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain”

I feel more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before, kaizen IT solutions genuinely cares for my growth both professionally and personally.I have been about a year now I am happy with the facilities like pocket HRMS Application and other facilities. On paper they gave me permanent site but Sometimes i have to go on other site on short notice. That’s why professional & personal life is not balance. Also as per work performance or experienced need to have certain amount of increments.

I like the work culture in Kaizen, Salary is always on time. I get new opportunities to learn everyday. Management is also very good. Colleagues are really helpful. Have a an opportunities for promotion and enhancement.
