There is no HR policy. To my knowledge, one of my ex-colleagues has not received gratuity even after completion of 6 years. There may be many more whose money has been embezzled and whose e-mails or phone calls have not been answered. They do not have any experience handling/managing large Govt. projects. They get these projects with low budgets, which is why they do not have any appraisal policy for their employees. In fact, is is a shop with big name. Hardworking staff with ambitious management team, good behavior, thy will always try to help you even if you know nothing about the job. (*This is my honest rating so do expect the review from my point of view regarding this company)

Dislikes

They would provide you with bare minimum salary just enough to be on the verge of bankruptcy any day, never heard of promotions from anyone. Work-life balance depends on project site, To be a fresher it's a good company but as some say “You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain”
