Work policy: Company policy is 10 days WFO in a month. But depends on clients requirement. In my case I've no access to WFH due to clients requirement.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Big fraud. They hire top talents from their competitors and destroy employees career. Worst management. They have terminated resigned employees instead of accepting resignation. Management, Employee HR are not good listeners nor good judge. They cannot deal with situation in positive way. 100% corrupted. I have proof.

Dislikes

Nothing is there to feel good about Infosys. Everytime Infosys share goes down, both Mr. and Mrs. Murthy come in the news with their lectures so that by watching them Infosys share goes up. Behind advertisement and media things are dark only. I was not treated fairly from beginning itself at Infosys. I was a lateral hire from it's competitor.
