Salary , even after 2 year , 1.5 year in project, outstanding performer last year , 2 time quarterly award winner and you know what still no hike , no promotion

Seriously it is aToxic work culture, Poltics everywhere, no promotion, no hike ,no appraisal...we should be working like an OX in return we will get demotivation from managers and higher ups.
