You'll never be dropped unless you are in bench, also there is not much stress or pressure from anyone, but this depends on the project/client. I'm still working in Hybrid mode, I prefer remote but 10 days of office per month is not bad though.

Dislikes

Rating and appraisal is just for name sake, you'll continue to get the same salary for years until you get promoted. Infosys doesn't care about employees much. Even if you are applying papers, no body will come and ask you why and try to match the offer to not to let you go. Instead they'll just tell good luck and that's it. For freshers it is not good place to start. if they don't have any vacancy in any of the projects they will remove you from the company in the name of personal improvement program. The HR's call to your phone and they ask you to send the resignation by scaring that they will terminate by taking disciplinary action....
