Salary .. No hikes at all.. Hikes would be very less like 3% and if you are on maternity leave and all u won't get hike for that year , the coming year as well.

It's a big company with great infrastructure n varied types of projects dealing all skills n technologies. There is always scope to learn new technologies n grow as a individual.

Salary compensation n growth is very limited. There isn't a great work life balance. The company is client centric rather than being employee centric.

Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.

...e experienced employees resign within days or weeks due to these ongoing issues. Unmet salary expectations: The compensation offered during onboarding often falls short of what is promised, leading to disappointment when salaries are credited. No career growth: For experience professionals, Infosys offers little to no opportunities for career advancement, making it a poor choice for long-term growth. Project Choice: They never give a chance to switch to another project or reject the project; otherwise, they will create a legally problematic situation for employees.
