While work-life balance, salary, and appraisals may seem less than ideal, the positive aspects of skill development, personality development, exposure to working with people from different cultures, and easy learning opportunities far outweigh these less positive factors. once an infoscion always an infoscion!!

We need to beg for Salary hike and Appraisal . Utilisation of bench employee like one person in bench with skills. One manager need that person in their project that persons manager won't allow to go their and work

...ike almost all outdoor & indoor games, world class gyms, dancing , programs,etc. Cons - as most of the employess are frshers so salary benifits are compremised, no salary hikes for years ( though you get its very minimal ), only designation will get changed but salary will not.
