I am learning new things while maintaining good Work Life balance. Pay is good too. Negotiate your pay before joining. Chances of hike is less once you join.

There is no dedicated HR. This becomes a problem when you have a specific HR question.

I became a mom in 2020...IBM allows me to be an employee and a mom...the balance is a HUGE factor and a necessity given my current situation. Also learning opportunities galore.

The pay hikes incentives etc are very meagre compared to other companies.

Team mates are good and this organization is really a knowledge house. People are getting a lot of helping hand here during the tenure of the project work.

Dislikes

Lead and managers are incompetent. Most of the resources are deprived at the end of the year in terms of appraisal, benefit, salary, and rating.

1. Low yearly salary hikes (2-7%). 2. No cab facility provided. 3. Promotion process needs improvement. 4. Employee benefits could be enhanced.

... duration. Better growth and learning objectives and wide platforms for upgrade. Salary hikes also average as other companies purely depends on manager. Overall a great company to work :)
